This role involves managing accounts payable responsibilities such as invoice processing, data entry, and monthly close for multiple entities, while also participating in special projects related to financial processes.ResponsibilitiesReceiving and organizing invoices via multiple sourcesGL coding and reviewData entryCheck printing/payment processingStatement reconciliationReportingMonth-end closing processesSpecial AP projects, including, but not limited to:Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new propertiesBalance sheet reconciliation and researchAP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entitySkillsHigh School GraduateAccounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processingFluency in English, both verbal and non-verbalAble to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independentlyAble to prioritize; work must be timely and accurateProficient with 10 KeyProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and OutlookExtended time working at a computer and sitting at a deskGeneral Ledger experienceOracle, HIA, and Craftable experienceBenefitsGroup medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursementAn employee assistance program.Paid time off/sick timeParticipation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.Team member free room night program.Company OverviewA new spirit is stirring among greater Zion's storied landscapes.
