The role of Business Solutions Consultant involves building relationships with business owners, understanding their needs, and presenting cost-saving solutions to improve their operations. Responsibilities Build Meaningful Connections: Visit business owners in person, attend scheduled appointments, and follow up on referrals to establish relationships and rapport Explore Client Needs: Ask questions and actively listen to understand each business’s priorities Highlight Cost-Saving Solutions: Share information about our services to show how businesses can reduce expenses and improve efficiency Quote Coordination: Partner with our National Sales Managers (NSM), who handle quote preparation, presentation, and deal finalization Documentation: Use available platforms/tools to note interactions and follow-ups for visibility and continuity Skills Entry-level position Outside B2B relationship building experience Ability to build meaningful connections with business owners Strong communication skills Active listening skills Confidence in meeting new people and building professional relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams Adaptability to adjust approach based on client interactions and business needs Benefits Commissions & Residuals: 25% commissions with ongoing 25% monthly residual income tied to all active accounts. Draw Option: A $375 weekly draw is available and may be used while getting started or on an ongoing basis Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses. New Rep Bonus: $100 per quote generated during your first 30 days. Bonuses are paid weekly. Qualified Appointments: Access to pre-scheduled appointments (average 10–15 per week).
