[Remote] CAPPS Talent Management Analyst

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced CAPPS Talent Management Analyst to support a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM environment. This role focuses on Recruiting, OnBoarding, and Performance Management modules within an enterprise HR and payroll system.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management modulesConfigure recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, approval routing, security roles, and system settingsProvide functional support for recruiting, onboarding, and performance management business processesTroubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, security concerns, and integration problemsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and recruiting operationsSupport testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and system upgradesCollaborate with technical teams on integrations, batch processes, and data migrationsProvide Tier 2 support, incident management, documentation, and end-user trainingParticipate in upgrade testing, disaster recovery activities, audits, and major incident management processesSkills8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Talent Management modules including TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management8+ years of PeopleSoft configuration experience in recruiting or performance management solutionsExperience managing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)Strong technical knowledge of Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft securityExperience supporting PeopleSoft batch processing and scheduling toolsExperience with PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and PeopleSoft lifecycle managementExperience supporting integrations across large ERP environmentsExperience developing test plans, executing UAT, and supporting system enhancementsKnowledge of ITIL principles and service management practicesStrong communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting CAPPS or other large enterprise PeopleSoft environmentsExperience supporting multi-agency or large-scale public sector organizationsExperience with onboarding security and workflow administrationExperience leading functional projects and coordinating cross-functional teamsKnowledge of HR policies, recruiting processes, and workforce management best practicesCompany OverviewCornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) delivers scalable IT hiring, government workforce solutions, and executive search with precision.
