What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to commercial insurance inquiries
- Follow communication scripts while using product knowledge to address customer needs off-script when necessary
- Build positive relationships through exceptional customer service and effective resolution of inquiries
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for service and productivity
- Maintain a dedicated workspace and ensure proper equipment setup for remote work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in a call center environment
- Minimum of 2 years working remotely
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong experience with technology and proficiency in Google Workplace and CRM software
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Exceptional time management and decision-making abilities
