This is a part-time remote position with flexible scheduling options, offering a competitive salary range of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience, with working hours not exceeding 4 hours per day. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through online chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Assist customers with account-related questions, providing solutions to their problems and addressing their concerns. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system for future reference. Escalate complex issues to specialized teams as needed, ensuring that all interactions are logged accurately.
