 Become an expert in software solutions such as Zendesk, Truepill EMR, and Five9
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 3+ years of call center experience, including outbound call experience
 6+ months of remote work experience
 Tech-savvy with experience working with technology and electronic medical records
 High School Diploma or GED equivalent
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Knowledge of the medical field
 Experience working at a startup
 Experience with customer service software
 Bachelor's Degree
