Skills/Experience
1-2 years call center experience (preferably in a remote capacity)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must have reliable high-speed internet
Description
Respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions for our client.
Identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
