As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. You will also be expected to accurately document all interactions and follow up on unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
Providing exceptional customer service and support.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Following up on customer requests and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in an office environment; prior call center experience is preferred.
Must reside within 1 hour of one of the following locations: Urbandale, IA; Franklin, MA; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; Miami, FL.
Ability to work from home in a quiet and professional space with minimal distractions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work.
Training and Work Environment:
Comprehensive training will be provided remotely.
Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet workspace to take calls and perform job duties.
While this is a work-from-home position, breaks are scheduled, and candidates are expected to be present and online for the entire shift, except during scheduled breaks
