As a Remote Chat Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries on the business's website live chat feature. You will need to provide support and sales-related information to customers to ensure their queries are resolved in a timely manner. Your daily task will be to log in to the business's website live chat feature and respond to customer questions, some of which will be for support and others will be sales-related. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Chat Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: * Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide support and sales-related information to customers to ensure their queries are resolved in a timely manner. * Follow Provided Steps and Instructions: To ensure consistency in the quality of service, you will need to follow the provided steps and instructions closely. * Work Independently with Support from Our Virtual Team: As a Remote Chat Coordinator, you will be working independently but will have support from our virtual team. Our team will be available to help you with any queries or issues that you may have. * Utilize Technology: You will need to be comfortable with using technology and have access to a device that can access social media and website chat functions such as a phone, tablet, or laptop. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Remote Chat Coordinator, you will need to have the following qualifications: * Located in the USA: You must be located in the USA to be considered for this position. * Self-Motivated: You will need to be self-motivated to ensure that you are meeting the expected standards of service.
