Remote Call Center Rep
Description
This is a high-volume inbound position, Customer Care Rep is taking a call, reading script (obtaining information) and passing this information along to our IAs, hanging up and doing the same thing over and over and over for 8 hours day
Contact Center is instrumental to ensuring incoming travel leads(phone, email or web) Must be available to work weekends.
- Make incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls as needed to help ensure timely receipt of leads by independent agent.
- Ability to effectively handle high call volume on a regular basis.
- Build effective relationship with customer, independent agencies and co-workers.
- Ability and openness to take on new duties and/or special projects as assigned
