Remote Call Center Loan Officer-Leads and Salary - 100% Remote
Internal Call Center Loan Officer ā Remote
Our client is seeking experienced and entry-level Internal Call Center Loan Officers to join a growing, high-volume lending team. These roles offer the stability of a national mortgage company combined with strong earning potential through a tiered commission structure.
Ideal candidates are licensed, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dialer-based environment managing inbound and outbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage incoming and outbound calls from lead sources such as LendingTree.
ā¢ Educate and prequalify borrowers for HELOCs, refinances, and cash-out products.
ā¢ Structure and present loan options that meet customer needs and comply with company guidelines.
ā¢ Maintain consistent contact and follow-up with clients throughout the loan process.
ā¢ Achieve monthly production and quality goals.
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and CRM notes on all interactions.
Qualifications
ā¢ Active NMLS license (state required).
ā¢ Comfortable working with dialer systems and high-volume outbound leads.
ā¢ Experience with HELOC and cash-out refinance loans preferred.
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.
ā¢ For less experienced LOs (1ā3 years): on-site role required.
ā¢ For experienced LOs (4+ years): hybrid or remote may be considered.
ā¢ Must reside within commuting distance of one of the call centers in DFW, Jacksonville, or Mount Laurel.
Compensation & Schedule
ā¢ Hourly: $18/hr + commission (retroactive tiers): 1ā2 loans: 40 bps 3ā6 loans: 60 bps 7+ loans: 75 bps
ā¢ Average Annual Income: $110,000
ā¢ Top Performers: $225,000ā$250,000
ā¢ Schedule: 9:00 a.m.ā6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.ā8:00 p.m.
ā¢ Weekends: Voluntary unless production targets are not met
ā¢ Employment Type: W-2 with full benefits
