Pay: $23/hr
Position: Leader
Pay: $23/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift + OT When needed).
Equipment: Provided
Duties Include
Ā Supervising a team of about 25-55+ call center agents.
Ā Assisting with leadership for 25-50 agents
Ā Calls are on behalf of corporate clients dealing with prescription health insurance benefits.
Ā Monitoring KPIs and Metrics
Ā Assisting in program roll outs
Ā SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel
Ā Lots of reporting internally and to the Client
Ā Daily/Weekly meetings with leadership to identify and improve operations
Must Have Call Center Supervisor/Mangement Experience
