Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outbound Calls Engage commercial and residential property owners to schedule appointments.
Phone Sales & Lead Generation Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments.
Overcoming Objections Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services.
Collaboration Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments.
Continuous Learning Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.
What We re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Experience in real estate or solar cold calling (preferred)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
CRM proficiency to manage leads and track performance
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
