Remote Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our growing team at Flourish Research as a Remote Call Center Agent. Flourish Research is a leading market research firm, dedicated to providing our clients with accurate and valuable insights to help them make informed business decisions. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from our clients, conducting surveys and gathering feedback, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and help our clients gather valuable information to improve their business strategies.
