Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Hours
Ā 40-hour work week Ā must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-7pm with some weeks going until 11pm during the busy season
Ā During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime when requested
Ā During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on client need
Ā NO WEEKEND SHIFTS!
Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Compensation
Ā The pay for this position is between $16.50 an hour
Ā Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
Ā A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Responsibilities
Ā As a Benefit Call Center Representative, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help our client members through the enrollment process and when making updates to their health care and/or pension plans.
Ā Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message.
Ā Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls.
Ā Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements.
Ā Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon.
Ā Read and understand clients plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member.
Remote Benefit Call Center Representative Requirements
Ā Must have High School Diploma or GED
Ā Looking for any various experience, preferably in Customer Service or Call Center!
Ā Looking for English Speaking candidates or Bilingual in Spanish or French (Paid .75 Cents more if Bilingual, Fully Fluent in Spanish or French)
Ā Candidates MUST live within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY to be qualified for opportunity
