requirementsServe as a liaison between business users, development teams, vendors, and external agencies to ensure successful solution deliverySupport system integration initiatives by defining interface requirements, data mappings, and integration workflowsPerform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support business decisions, system implementations, and operational improvementsCoordinate and support testing activities including test planning, test case development, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Track defects, manage issue resolution, and ensure successful deployment of system enhancements and releasesEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirementsSupport change management, training, and user adoption activities for new systems and business processesPrepare status reports, project documentation, and executive presentations for stakeholders and leadershipCollaborate with project managers to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and project milestonesEnsure compliance with government regulations, transportation standards, and data governance policiesSupport initiatives related to crash reporting systems, highway safety programs, and transportation data managementWork with federal and state agencies, including programs aligned with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) standards and reporting requirementsProvide leadership and mentorship to business analysts and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomesPromote continuous
