[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

Holt International Children's Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance their Information Technology department's capabilities. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and optimization of information systems to improve program delivery and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesGather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, concise, and actionable technical specificationsConduct process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementSupport the development, customization, and deployment of systems (CRM, ERP, M&E platforms, grants management, etc.)Partner with vendors to ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational policiesParticipate in testing new systems or system updates to ensure they meet requirements and function as intended, and they support the implementation processAssist in facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordination of rolloutsCommunicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment on project goalsTroubleshoot system issues, provide support to users, provide enhancements and work to optimize system performanceDevelop user guides, training materials, and process & design documentationMay lead or participate in projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetMaintain Holt’s databases, assist in data migration and mapping during system implementation, build reports and visualizations that highlight KPIs that support the decision-making processSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience, or combination of education and experienceRelevant experience and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucialDemonstrated proficiency and/or ability to master IT Systems including: Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, MS Dynamics, Power BI, MS Office, ManageEngineStrong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in data analysis, including compiling and analyzing data from various sourcesKnowledge of data integration and reportingPrioritize workload daily, weekly, and monthlyKnowledge of CRM and database systemsTechnical support skillsProficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate preferredCompany OverviewHolt International is a Christian organization that provides care and support to many of the world's most vulnerable children — those who are orphaned, abandoned or at serious risk of separation from their family.
