Full Job Description
Fee-For-Service Therapist for Group Private Practice
Midsize group practice seeks licensed clinicians for part-time fee-for-service positions to expand into the state of Georgia. The ideal candidate will be available to see at least 10 clients weekly, participate in 1 hour of individual supervision per week, 1 hour of group supervision weekly, and practice townhalls monthly. We are looking for candidates that appreciate a holistic, client-centered approach, and is open to collaborative discussion and feedback, and strives to hone and expand upon their skills. The ideal candidate for this position is fresh out of graduate school, looking to get valuable training in psychotherapy. This Clinician will also be enrolled into our Clinician Academy which provides high quality individual and group supervision to the candidate free of charge to aid them in obtaining their hours for licensure.

Expectations:
- MSW, MFT-LP, MHC-LP, CAT-LP (Starting rate $35/hr) - LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAT ā will also be considered (Starting rate $40/hr)
- Commit to at least 1 year of employment
- Serve a caseload of approximately 10 clients per week with room to grow
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice standards
- Participate in weekly supervision and continuing education as required by licensure
- Purchase individual liability insurance
