[Remote] Business System Analyst - Workday - On W2

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ACL Digital is seeking a Business System Analyst to support the ITS administration transition of Jaggaer, a procure-to-pay platform. The contractor will be responsible for system administration, access remediation, workflow documentation, and ensuring go-live readiness alongside the ITS ERP Applications team.ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day Jaggaer system administration tasks during the ITS transition periodExecute role and access remediation — identify and close gaps where system access extends beyond ITS personnelAlign role assignments to ITS security standards within the four-week remediation windowDocument current-state Jaggaer business process workflows, system configurations, and integration dependenciesMap P2P workflow touchpoints with Workday and identify any dependencies requiring resolution prior to go-liveContribute to the ITS RACI and transition plan documentationPartner with Procurement and Finance business owners to validate the ITS vs. business ownership and support modelFacilitate working sessions to align on operational responsibilities, escalation paths, and go-live readiness criteriaTrack milestones and update Jira as transition tasks are completedSupport go-live readiness validation and contribute to weekly executive reporting through the ITS ERP Applications LeadIdentify risks and escalate blockers in a timely manner to keep the June 30 target on trackSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of BSA or system administration experience with Jaggaer or a comparable P2P / procurement platformHands-on experience supporting or administering Workday integrations, particularly procurement-to-finance data flowsDemonstrated ability to document business process workflows, system configurations, and access modelsExperience with role-based access management and security remediation in enterprise applicationsProven track record working in fast-moving, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of P2P business processes — purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, and catalog administrationProficiency with Jira or comparable project tracking toolsClear communicator — able to translate technical detail for procurement and finance business ownersSelf-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independentlyExperience with Workday is strongly preferredExperience with ServiceNow and Jira is preferredCompany OverviewACL Digital is a design-led digital engineering and transformation firm.
