Pay and Benefits:
• Local rates + pay packages for those 50+ miles
• Paid every Friday
• Insurance available for Full-Time Employees (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week)

Shift:
• 2pm-10pm
• Must work every other weekend

Term: 6-12-month commitment with option to renew

Interview: Phone Interview

Orientation: Classroom orientation Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for approximately 3-4 weeks

Job Description: Provide care, treatment, and general welfare of patients. May supervise the work of others and works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift, including the collection of lab work and other health screenings. Keeps informed of and follows all agency, facility and unit policies and procedures. Assists the RN Supervisor with on-the-job nursing instruction.

Job Requirements:
• Must pass Drug Screen and Fingerprint Background
• Must have at least 1 year of LVN experience (Psychiatric Preferred)

Credential Requirements:
• Active Nursing License
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Current TB (if you have a positive TB, Chest X-ray is required)
• Current Physical
• MMR Immunizations x2 or MMR Titer showing immunity
• Varicella Immunizations x2 or Varicella Titer showing immunity
• Hepatitis B Series or Declination
