The Business Solutions Consultant role focuses on building relationships with business owners, understanding their needs, and providing cost-saving solutions through effective communication and support.ResponsibilitiesBuild Meaningful Connections: Visit business owners in person, attend scheduled appointments, and follow up on referrals to establish relationships and rapportExplore Client Needs: Ask questions and actively listen to understand each business’s prioritiesHighlight Cost-Saving Solutions: Share information about our services to show how businesses can reduce expenses and improve efficiencyQuote Coordination: Partner with our National Sales Managers (NSM), who handle quote preparation, presentation, and deal finalizationDocumentation & Support: Use available platforms/tools to note interactions and follow-ups for visibility and continuity. While this is a remote position, the team will always be there to support you 24/7SkillsNo previous experience in our industry is requiredCommunication: Clearly and respectfully conveys ideas, listens actively, and adjusts approach to connect with clients effectivelyActive Listening: Pays attention to client input to understand needs and respond thoughtfullyConfidence: Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships.
