They are seeking a Project Recruiter to provide dedicated recruiting support across their Sales and Services organizations during a period of growth, focusing on building candidate pipelines and managing hiring processes.ResponsibilitiesSource and engage passive candidates across Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and Services functions using a mix of tools and channelsConduct initial phone screens to assess baseline qualifications, interest, and fit before advancing candidates to hiring managersMaintain organized, detailed notes and documentation in our ATS to ensure clean handoffs and pipeline visibility for the broader teamManage high-volume outreach and candidate communication with consistency, timeliness, and professionalismPartner with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to align on target profiles, calibrate on candidate quality, and refine search strategies based on market feedbackBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles within the Sales and Services organizationsTrack sourcing metrics and pipeline data to identify what's working and where to adjustAs opportunity allows, take ownership of select searches from intake through closeSkills4+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent in sourcing-heavy or high-volume environmentsExperience recruiting for Sales, Client Success, Account Management, or Services roles — ideally within fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial servicesHighly organized and detail-oriented — you keep meticulous notes, follow up reliably, and don't let things slipComfortable with volume — you can manage a large number of active candidates and searches simultaneously without losing qualityStrong written and verbal communication skills; you represent the company well in every candidate interactionProactive and self-directed; you don't wait to be told what to do nextFamiliar with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and ATS platformsAdaptable and low-ego — you're comfortable in a support capacity and energized by helping the team winBenefitsBenefitsBonusEquityCompany OverviewAddepar is a financial software company that provides a platform for aggregating, analyzing, and reporting investment portfolios.
