Job Summary We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Support representatives. As a Live Chat Support representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and solutions via live chat. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in written English, and basic computer skills. No prior experience is necessary – we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Document customer interactions and follow up on issues that require further attention. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Continuously improve knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to customers. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in written English. Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 WPM. Reliable internet connection. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Experience with live chat software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
