We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business value through the use of statistical techniques to collect, assess, and interpret complex data. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop data collection tools to establish the most effective statistical methods for gathering, reviewing, and interpreting research data
Apply statistical techniques to solve business and industry-specific problems
Research issues and identify the data required to answer specific questions, recognizing trends and interrelations in data
Plan, create, and maintain complex statistical databases, performing or supervising data entry
Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, connections, and issues, and prepare detailed reports for management and other departments
Train the technical team on how to properly organize findings and read data gathered
Develop surveys, questionnaires, and polls to collect vital information, and apply testing methods to accurately identify and define optimal categories to be addressed
Assist in influencing business strategy through data-driven insights

Essential Qualifications:
7+ years of business insight and analysis experience
5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analysis team, including employee development and performance management expertise
Experience with SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar
Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab, or other statistical/AI programming languages
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience working with large data warehousing environments
10+ years of data warehouse technical architecture, data modeling, system components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/logical tools and environments, data structures, and hands-on SQL coding experience
