[Remote] Black Belt - Business Process Consultant

The role involves leading kaizen events, analyzing processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and managing projects to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Kaizen Events: Lead and manage kaizen event workshops to map out and design the designed state of processes. Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, potential failure modes, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable plans and controls to address these issues and ensure that improvements are implemented effectivelyAnalyze and Improve Processes: Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies to conduct thorough analyses of designed processes. Identify potential process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality issues. Develop and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights, aiming to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall process qualityProject Management: Take ownership of process improvement projects from inception to completion. Develop robust project plans, set milestones, and manage resources to ensure timely delivery. Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Ensure that project outcomes meet defined objectives and deliverablesRobust Reporting & Insights: Work closely with the CX Insights team to design and implement measurement systems that effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other relevant metrics. Ensure that these measurement systems provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve project outcomesOperational Readiness: Assess and ensure that all systems, processes, and technology are fully operational and ready for deployment before the go-live date. Conduct readiness reviews, identify potential risks or gaps, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transitionContinuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. Use data and feedback to identify areas for enhancement, develop improvement strategies, and implement changes to continuously refine and optimize processesRoot Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to address and resolve issues that arise during DDI projects. Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify underlying causes of problems, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
