This role involves collaborating with internal teams to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth across the channel, while also helping to identify new business opportunities and ensuring distributors are well-equipped to represent Jabra solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of joint business plans with distributors that drive measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, brand awareness, operational improvements, and partner engagement. Track actions, milestones, and resultsPresent Jabra’s go-to-market strategy, product portfolio, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to partners, ensuring alignment with Jabra’s strategic prioritiesBuild and deliver training programs, product education, and enablement sessions to help distributor and partner teams effectively represent the Jabra brand and drive adoptionRepresent Jabra at distributor events and tradeshows, support booth setup, product demos, lead capture, and post-event follow-up coordinationCollaborate with Distribution & Channel Marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, partner engagement activities, and lead-generation programsAssist with reseller recruitment, onboarding and enablement tasks (program communications, introductions, and enablement scheduling)Help prepare partner business reviews by gathering performance data, compiling decks, and documenting follow-up actionsSupport pipeline opportunity management, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating next steps with internal teams and partners to help progress deals to closeProvide ongoing market, partner, and program feedback to internal Jabra teams to help shape strategy and executionMaintain accurate partner records and activity updates in CRM and related tools, support forecasting inputs and reporting needsBuild strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders through responsive communication and follow-throughPerform other related tasks or duties as required or assignedSkills1–3 years of experience in Distribution and/or Channel Sales Account Management, Business Development, Sales Support, Partner Development, or related customer-facing rolesDemonstrated success in generating new business and achieving or exceeding sales targetsProficiency using CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) requiredResults-oriented with strong business acumenStrong relationship-building and collaboration skillsConfident communicator with comfort presenting and facilitating training sessionsCustomer/partner-focused mindset; responsive and collaborativeDetail-oriented with ability to translate strategy into clear, executable actionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with sales data, basic reporting, and CRM hygieneEvent readiness: able to demonstrate product knowledge, coordinate logistics, and represent the brand professionallyBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTravel Experience delivering training, presenting to groups, or supporting enablement programs (internal or external) preferredExperience in AV, videoconferencing, unified communications and collaboration, telecommunications, or similar products preferredBenefitsA discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal yearAnnual bonusesHealth insuranceA 401(k) planPaid vacation and holidaysCompany OverviewJabra is a global producer of innovative headset, video and speakerphone solutions.
