**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Database Management and Customer Service**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Configuring database tables in support of restaurant point of sale and back office systems * Coordinating with internal departments, including Operations, Franchise, Finance, Marketing, and R&D, to ensure timely and accurate data requirements * Analyzing user requirements to determine database customization strategies and order entry flow * Conducting quality assurance tests on database changes to ensure user requirements are met prior to submission to restaurants * Identifying data trends or issues and recommending effective solutions relating to restaurant systems **Responsibilities** * Configure database tables in support of restaurant point of sale and back office systems * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data requirements * Analyze user requirements to determine database customization strategies and order entry flow * Conduct quality assurance tests on database changes to ensure user requirements are met prior to submission to restaurants * Identify data trends or issues and recommend effective solutions relating to restaurant systems * Communicate with restaurant operators to ensure accurate and timely data entry * Provide exceptional customer service to restaurant operators and internal stakeholders **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology, business administration) * Up to one year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with restaurant point of sale and back office systems * Knowledge of database management principles and practices * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Certification in a related field (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Office Specialist) **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home in a fully remote setting within the USA (Eastern time zone) * Collaborative and dynamic team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **Compensation and Benefits** * Hourly rate: $23-$25 per hour on W2 * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at blithequark.
