The role involves intelligent, research-driven outreach to complex organizations, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and creating a qualified pipeline for the enterprise sales team.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and engage target enterprise accounts using a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, email, events, selective calling)Map complex organizations and identify key decision-makers, influencers, and buying committeesDesign, execute, and optimize cold outreach email campaigns targeting enterprise stakeholdersTailor messaging based on industry, role, and business challenge – no generic scriptsBuild and manage structured multi-touch email cadences aligned to specific accounts, industries, and personasPersonalize messaging based on research, role, and business context avoiding generic or templated outreachMonitor inbox engagement and respond quickly and professionally to inbound replies from outbound campaignsGenerate qualified meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account ExecutivesQualify prospects using structured frameworks (e.g. BANT or similar)Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in the CRM and ensure clean handovers to SalesSupport account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with MarketingDevelop account plans for priority prospects and coordinate outreach sequencesHelp build long-term relationships, not just one-off meetingsStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain pointsFeed insights from prospects back into Sales and MarketingAct as a strong first impression and brand ambassador for the companySkills2–5 years' experience as a BDR / SDR selling B2B technologyProven experience engaging enterprise or upper-mid-market customersComfortable selling into long sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersExperience working closely with Account Executives and senior sales leadersProven experience running cold outbound email campaigns into mid-market or enterprise accountsComfortable interpreting engagement data and using it to prioritize outreachStrong written and verbal communication; you can sound credible to senior executivesExcellent research and discovery skillsAbility to articulate complex, technical value propositions in simple business termsHighly organized with strong CRM disciplineConfident, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing startupExperience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot or SalesforceExperience with Sales Engagement Platforms such as SalesLoft or OutreachExperience selling into Regulated Industries (Financial Services experience)BenefitsFlexible Working Arrangements: Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird, we offer remote work and flexibility to suit your lifestyleComprehensive Benefits: From a wellness program to home office reimbursements and continuous learning opportunities, we’ve got you covered.Team Culture: A supportive, inclusive culture that values transparency, accountability, and work-life balance.Performance Incentives: Competitive salaries, ESOP, and recognition for your hard work.Company OverviewOmnisient is a #PrivacyEnhancingTechnology and the leading privacy-preserving #DataCollaboration platform in emerging markets.
