As a Business Development Representative, you will drive outbound prospecting efforts, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for the sales team, leveraging AI tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesDrive high-volume outbound prospecting across assigned US regions — through email, phone, social, and events — identifying and qualifying the right opportunities at the right accountsFollow up on marketing-generated leads rapidly and with purpose, using structured discovery to qualify need and move prospects forwardResearch target accounts, buying centres, and stakeholders to build tailored outreach sequences — leveraging AI-driven tools to sharpen relevance and lift response ratesSet up high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team, handing over clean context: pain points, stakeholders, and clear next stepsCollaborate with Regional Sales Managers on territory and account planning, aligning outreach priorities and feeding back market intelligencePartner with Marketing to share insights from the field and help sharpen messaging and campaign performance over timeKeep CRM and sales engagement tools up to date — accurate data, tracked activity, and clean pipeline progressionSkills2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technologyStrong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers from the first conversationFamiliarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpotA proven ability to stay organised and maintain quality at volume — lots of activity, without losing focus on the outcomeExperience in hospitality, travel, or technology — you'll hit the ground running if you already speak the languagePrior experience in a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar)BenefitsRemoteRoom to grow — this is a role with a clear path.
