[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for generating qualified meetings for the sales team by prospecting and qualifying leads, while engaging with district leaders to understand their challenges.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and connect with superintendents, assistant superintendents, and district leaders through phone, email, and LinkedInBuild and manage target lists with a focus on new superintendents and prospective partner districts to determine fit for Studer Education’s bundled solutions approach that includes coaching, surveys, online learning labs, and software solutionsEngage district leaders in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges, with an emphasis on culture, retention, and leadership developmentDetermine fit for Studer’s success solutionsBook qualified discovery meetings for the sales team, ensuring smooth handoff and thorough documentation in HubSpot CRMMaintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and meeting outcomes in HubSpot CRMTrack progress against weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goalsWork closely with the SVP of Partner Solutions, Manager of Partner Development, and coaches to ensure aligned messaging and effective movement of prospects through the sales cycleSkills1–2 years of sales, business development, or educationStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsResults-driven, proactive, and willing to make consistent outbound efforts dailyAbility to prioritize effectively, manage time across multiple campaigns, and hit activity targetsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platformsProficient with email automation and LinkedIn outreachAbility to use data and insights to inform prospecting strategiesB2B education-related sales is a plus but not requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredBenefitsPerformance-based bonuses tied to individual sales targets.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansCompany-funded short-term/long-term disability and life insurance401(k)Unlimited PTOParental leaveMonthly cellphone reimbursementCompany OverviewStuder Education is an educational consulting firm that specializes in personal development training and executive coaching.
