They are seeking a Corporate Vice President, National Accounts Team Lead to lead and develop Account Executives within the West Region, ensuring execution of regional strategies and driving performance and growth.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage Account Executives to achieve individual and regional growth, retention, and activity goalsEstablish clear performance expectations and accountability aligned with regional prioritiesConduct regular pipeline, book strategy, and performance reviewsIdentify and address performance gaps, partnering with the Region Lead on talent decisions and succession planningFoster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on client outcomes and growthServe as a close strategic partner to the Region Lead in setting priorities, growth strategies, and execution plansTranslate regional and national strategy into clear, actionable expectations for Account ExecutivesProvide ongoing insight to the Region Lead on performance trends, risks, talent readiness, and capacityAlign on resource allocation, client prioritization, and escalation decisionsDrive disciplined execution of regional growth initiatives, including cross-sell, upsell, and new lines of businessEnsure strong planning and execution for re-enrollment campaigns across the regional portfolioPartner with Account Executives to develop and execute book growth strategiesIdentify and scale best practices that improve retention and expansionServe as executive sponsor for select strategic clients, supporting retention, growth, and long-term partnershipParticipate in senior-level client, broker, and consultant engagements as neededSupport Account Executives in complex negotiations, renewals, and strategic discussionsLead coordination and resolution of high-impact client issues, ensuring accountability and follow-throughPartner closely with Underwriting to support pricing strategy, renewal positioning, and complex negotiationsProvide field and client insight to Underwriting to support balanced pricing and competitive outcomesCollaborate with Account Executives and Underwriting to align client strategy, financial objectives, and long-term relationship goalsWork effectively across Sales, Underwriting, Service, Claims, and other internal partners to drive outcomesEnsure adoption of tools, processes, and operating practices that support effective executionProactively identify risks and remove barriers to performance through influence and coordinationSkillsBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in National Accounts, group benefits, employee benefits, or a related commercial insurance environmentDemonstrated experience leading and developing sales or account management teamsProven ability to drive growth and results through othersStrong executive presence with experience serving as an executive sponsor and leading complex client situationsExperience partnering with Underwriting on pricing strategy and renewal negotiationsStrong cross-functional leadership and influencing skillsExcellent communication, judgment, and decision-making skillsWillingness to travel as needed to support client, broker, and team engagementPreferred candidate location is Texas, Colorado, Arizona, or Western U.SBenefitsSales incentiveSales bonus eligibleAnnual discretionary bonusA full package of benefits for employeesLeave programsAdoption assistanceStudent loan repayment programsCompany OverviewFor over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
