[Remote] Business Development Representative

Constellation Dealer Group, through its division Perseus Group, is seeking a Business Development Representative to support their growth in the software industry. The role involves sourcing new customers and enhancing relationships with existing ones, while working closely with marketing and sales teams to facilitate lead development.ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and building relationships with decision makers of prospectsProactively following up with shop ownersDeveloping in depth industry and product knowledgeScheduling and attending sales calls with Account ExecutivesManaging activities and data within our Salesforce CRMSkillsAny work experience in sales development (SDR, BDR, ADR or equivalent)Sales Acumen: Strong oral communication skills, cold calling skills (managing the gatekeeper and quickly establishing rapport), lead conversations off-script, comfortably interact with mature business ownersCoachable mentality: appreciates and seeks out constructive feedbackAnalytical mindset: understands the value and insights from our metricsStrong experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)Results driven, high energy, competitiveDealership experience is considered an asset!BenefitsThis role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan.Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan.Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.Company OverviewWe are group of dealer software companies passionate about advancing dealership operations.
