Government Transportation Safety Specialist

Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on government regulations and policies related to transportation safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols for all transportation products and services.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and identify any potential safety risks.
Communicate and educate internal teams on safety regulations and best practices to ensure understanding and adherence.
Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and act as a liaison for all safety-related matters.
Investigate any safety incidents or concerns and develop corrective action plans.
Provide training and resources to employees on transportation safety protocols and procedures.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in transportation safety to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our commitment to safety and innovation.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create materials and programs that promote our safety initiatives to government agencies and potential clients.
Proactively identify potential safety risks and make recommendations for improvement or modification of products and services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety compliance and incident reports.
Serve as a subject matter expert for government transportation safety regulations and provide guidance to internal teams as needed.
Act as a brand ambassador for 3M by upholding our commitment to safety and innovation in all interactions and communications.
