[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will assist in generating interest, developing leads, and increasing market share through various outreach efforts and collaboration with sales leadership.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned trainingLead follow up, development and qualificationCold calling and through follow up with internal and external customersQualify all leads generated by HealthStream's website, trade shows and inbound telephone inquiries. Deliver leads and accurately forecast resultsGather relevant information for each lead before qualifying and handing off to salesDevelop deep understanding of HealthStream's solutions including target audience, value proposition, and best practices for successful implementationLead sales campaigns and collaborative efforts at specific healthcare accounts as assigned by sales leadershipBased on product line, schedule product demo and drive to meet annual quotaSkillsEarned or in pursuit of bachelor's degree in related field or related experienceExcellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships, ranging from the C suite to departmental directors to end usersHigh level of integrity and professionalism, properly setting expectationsComfortable with working independently in an empowering, fast paced, results oriented cultureLeadership qualities to serve as a team player, but willing to take responsibility and accountability.
