They are seeking a founding Business Development Representative to build an outbound sales engine and prospect new business opportunities. Responsibilities Strategically researching/identifying potential client contacts and generating high-quality meetings Evangelizing Paragon’s business model to prospective clients and booking high-quality meetings Identifying ICP patterns and document winning playbooks Driving business through outbound phone calls, preparing and sending highly tailored, personalized, and relevant e-mails to prospective clients specific to their role and practice area Successfully diagnosing the client’s key business needs to ensure the first sales meeting leads to high-value opportunities and revenue Maintaining and logging all sales touch points within HubSpot Building the foundational skills for a successful career in sales or sales management Skills Goal-oriented with a drive to routinely exceed monthly activity metrics (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) Exemplary work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior clients at Fortune 500 companies Tenacity and resilience when faced with rejection Ability to quickly establish rapport and build strong relationships Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or equivalent experience Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with an employer contribution) Long-term disability Life, and AD&D coverage Medical FSA participation 401(k) participation for eligible employees Unlimited CLEs through PLI Employee Assistance Plan Paid vacation Paid sick time (where required by state law) Company Overview Paragon Legal is an legal services firm provides experienced legal professionals to corporate legal departments on demand, project basis.
