Responsibilities
ā¢ Administer IV infusion medications in patients' homes.

ā¢ Act as the main point of contact for patient status updates.

ā¢ Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to meet patients' needs.
Requirements
ā¢ Active RN license in the state of employment.

ā¢ 2+ years of RN experience.

ā¢ 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.

ā¢ Strong skills in IV insertion.
,
ā¢ Valid driver's license.
,
ā¢ Willingness to travel within a designated area.

ā¢ Ability to work Monday-Friday during the day, with occasional evening or weekend visits if needed.

ā¢ Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits as needed.
