[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support new business growth through proactive prospect engagement, lead development, and pipeline growth. Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach across a targeted account list Contribute to sales pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings between prospective clients and Sales leadership Effectively communicate the companyโs value proposition through tailored messaging designed to drive engagement, replies, and meeting conversion Qualify inbound and outbound leads by identifying client needs and aligning relevant marketing assets and materials to those needs Execute timely follow-up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and conference attendees, prioritizing outreach based on engagement and intent signals Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, meeting, and lead records within CRM and marketing automation platforms Meet or exceed defined SLAs for task completion, outreach activity, and meeting outcomes; provide regular performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on account strategy, messaging, and meeting quality Stay current on company offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support informed prospect conversations Utilize CRM, sales engagement, and marketing tools to manage leads, track progress, and identify pipeline opportunities Skills Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role Hands-on experience executing multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity goals, SLAs, and performance KPIs Experience using CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Seamless AI, ChatGPT) Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers Experience supporting ABM or event-driven outreach strategies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Basic understanding of the BPO, CX, or contact center industry Company Overview InteLogix is a provider of integrated solutions, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide outstanding customer experiences.
