They are seeking a Business Development Manager who will identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA's energy sector, focusing on Data Centers and Oil & Gas.ResponsibilitiesActively prospect USA new clients and opportunities in the energy markets with Oil &Gas, industries and Data center sectorsPlan and execute commercial strategies for market entry and expansionDevelop and manage the sales pipeline, from first contact through closingBuild and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, acting with a customer-centric, results-oriented, and consultative sales approachCollaborate with technical and commercial teams to structure proposals and solutionsRepresent the company in negotiations, strategic meetings, and industry eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with USA key clients, decision-makers, and influencers, leveraging an active network within the Industries, Oil & Gas energy marketsAct as the commercial focal point in the region, with a high level of autonomySkillsBachelor's degree in electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fieldsMore than 10 years of experience in the energy sector, working with energy projects and solutions (thermal and/or renewable)Proven experience in new business development / Hunter salesAbility to generate opportunities from scratch, open doors, and build sustainable new business, with autonomy and ownership of the full consultative sales cycleDemonstrated experience in business development across a defined USA region, including effective relationship management and full territorial coverageExperience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to strategically apply Artificial Intelligence to processesEnglish SpeakingHigh availability for travel and strong self-management skills, acting independently within the regionCompany OverviewSoEnergy is a global provider of "energy as a service", ensuring customized solutions for a diverse array of organizations and industries worldwide, such as mining, oil&gas, utilities and manufacturing.
