The role involves developing market segments, formulating sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesFormulates and executes strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development. Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growthDevelop and execute a plan to grow products to target markets and key accountsDefine and develop business strategies/plans to meet order booking and margin plansShape and craft value propositions for the marketPartner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growthProvide leadership and support to all channel partnersResponsible for maintaining and growing order booking and operational profit targetsPosition as the primary Interface and liaison between the sales team and business to meet customer demands and influenceAssist in the development of product / services to match customer trends and needsDeveloping specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibilityHas in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketUses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisionsActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
