They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their network across North America by creating opportunities and building relationships with distributors and key customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute NETIO's North American business development strategyIdentify, engage, and recruit new distributors, dealers, integrators, consultants, and strategic partnersGenerate and qualify new business opportunities across the Pro AV, digital signage, LED wall, and control system marketsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the AV ecosystemSupport channel partners with product training, business development activities, and joint customer engagementWork closely with distributors and integration partners to drive adoption and revenue growthRepresent NETIO at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and customer visits, including InfoComm and regional AV eventsGather market intelligence and provide feedback to leadership and product managementCollaborate with marketing on demand-generation activities, partner campaigns, and lead developmentSkills5+ years of business development, channel sales, or strategic account development experienceExperience in Pro AV, digital signage, control systems, power infrastructure, networking, or related technology marketsProven track record of generating new business and consistently achieving growth targetsStrong hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and create opportunities independentlyAbility to understand and communicate technical solutions to both business and technical audiencesComfortable discussing intelligent PDUs, remote power management, networking, automation, and system integration conceptsStrong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and capable of managing a large geographic territory independentlyAbility and willingness to travel throughout North AmericaExisting relationships within the North American Pro AV channelExperience working for an AV integrator, AV distributor, or AV manufacturerExperience with any brand of intelligent PDUs, digital signage systems or LED wall ecosystemsExperience developing distributor and channel partner networksExperience working with both US and Canadian marketsBenefitsFlexible remote working environment.Uncapped commission structure with significant upside for high performers.Company OverviewNETIO Products develops and manufactures power management solutions that help AV, IT, and industrial professionals gain full control over their power infrastructure — remotely, securely, and reliably.
