They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily focusing on expanding their Infrared (IR) Thermography Services sector.ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across North America, specifically targeting the expansion of the company’s Infrared (IR) Thermography service lineMarket Penetration: Leverage the company’s existing reputation and preferred vendor status with property casualty insurers to cross-sell IR services into established accounts and net-new industrial clientsAutonomous Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, operating with a high degree of independence and self-direction in a remote work environmentTechnical Aptitude Learning: Participate in comprehensive training to master the technical aspects and value propositions of IR thermography services to effectively communicate benefits to clientsStrategic Collaboration: Work closely with the internal technical inspection teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction as new accounts are onboardedSkillsProven Sales Track Record: Demonstrates a 'hungry,' hunter-mentality with a strong background in pure sales, business development, or account acquisitionHigh Autonomy: A proven self-starter who thrives in an unstructured, autonomous environment.
