This will be the primary role of the Business Development ExecutivePlanning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with our FirmDeveloping a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationshipGrowing and retaining existing clients by presenting new solutions and servicesResponsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the FirmAttending industry functions, including association events, conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trendsUsing of the market and competitors, identifying, and developing the Firm’s unique selling propositions and differentiatorsSkillsMinimum of five years of business development experienceThorough knowledge of the related market and competitors, and the solutions/services of the accounting industryFamiliarity or experience with Government ContractsCollege degree or relevant/equivalent work experience.
