In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies to capture large accounts and convert leads into profitable proposals and contracts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contractsDevelop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutionsDevelop Rules Cube’s sales strategic planManagement of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendmentsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are metStay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapeSkillsOver 5 years of experience in selling Pega (Pegasystems) technical solutionsPrevious work experience in digital transformation consulting firmsAble to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needsBeing able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand by client executivesProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to negotiate commercial contractsExcellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate themProven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new businessBachelor's degree in a related fieldStrong technical background (education and/or experience)Excellent level of EnglishCompany OverviewRules Cube is an IT company.
