[Remote] Business Development Executive (Florida)

The Business Development Executive will explore sales channels, promote Everway's solutions, and drive customer engagement and acquisition, while collaborating with various teams to achieve strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunitiesCreate a robust pipeline by engaging with leads at scale and paceâReacting to marketing leads, inbound enquiriesProactive prospecting and self-generated outreachUtilise the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities within accounts, identifying key stakeholders, decision criteria, and metrics to drive effective engagement and maximise revenue opportunitiesDynamic pipeline management and accurate sales forecastingPreparing quotations, proposals and business cases that will secure new business opportunities while managing the end-to-end sales processParticipation in virtual events and exhibitions to promote Everway and actively networkCollaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding Product, Marketing, and Technical Supportâto align on prospect needs and ensure seamless account engagement and revenue attainmentPro-actively contribute to team meetings and planning sessionsRemain aware of the competitive landscape and be able to position Everwayâs products effectivelyMaintain accurate and timely records within the CRM system to fully capture all sales activity and full customer journeyClose deals over a long sales cycle while building strategic relationshipsPresent regular reports on growth trends, challenges, and successesSkills3+ years B2B sales or similar experience, with a proven track record in generating sales and winning new business in an established SaaS environment, preferably in EdTechDemonstrable track record of driving incremental revenue generation via acquisition of new customers across a broad range of verticalsProven record of consistently delivering against assigned targets, while prioritising and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to clientsExperience using Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems, and proficient in the use of Google Suite or MS OfficeUnderstanding and aptitude for digital products and servicesProficiency in the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify leads and drive strategic account engagementProven experience of leveraging social media platforms and an established network to build personal and company brand in a B2B environment e.g. LinkedIn, TwitterThird Level QualificationBenefitsCompetitive salary with bonus opportunitiesFlexible work schedulesComprehensive health and wellness benefitsFlexible time off plansCareer growth through development programsA collaborative, innovative culture where your ideas matterCompany OverviewN2y is a developer of education curricula and teaching materials for K-12 students with special needs.
