We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to perform entry-level application administration tasks for our client. This role involves meticulous data entry and ensuring accurate setup of organizational and user credentials in our new application platform.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Utilize excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to input data accurately and efficiently.
Ā Communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Ā Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Ā Must have reliable internet connection.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, with shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM to 11 AM - 8 PM EST to support various divisions.
Interview Process
Expect a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso.
