They are currently seeking a Business Development professional within their Engineering division to focus on Advanced Manufacturing and Automation, solving engineering challenges and establishing strategic relationships with business leaders.ResponsibilitiesFocus within the Advanced Manufacturing and Automation engineering verticalAs an experienced seller in your vertical industry of focus, you’ll solve our prospects’ engineering challenges through selling our statementworX suite of SOW solutions (outcome based deliverable Projects and Programs) and traditional contract, temp to hire and direct hire service linesInitiate and conduct meetings with potential and current strategic Engineering business leaders experiencing or expecting growthUtilize research/data/technology and industry insights to generate value to engineering functions with goal of establishing strategic relationships and Kelly Engineering as an expert in Engineering Services deliveryNurture loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators and trends that drive growthQualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etcInfluence and partner with a team of specialized engineering recruiters.
