[Remote] Business Development Delivery Lead - Legal Technology Finance Systems
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harbor is seeking a Finance Systems Delivery Lead to join their growing team. This role is responsible for managing delivery-side sales activities for the Finance Systems service line, collaborating with various teams to promote service offerings and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage delivery-side sales for the Finance Systems service line in collaboration with the Go-To-Market team and Finance Systems experts
ā¢ Draft and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and budget buildups, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and protocols
ā¢ Create and enhance pitch materials, scoping documentation, and standardized templates for SOW offerings
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in Salesforce
ā¢ Scope service delivery requirements, engaging relevant team members as needed
ā¢ Assess pricing accuracy and recommend improvements to scoping and pricing processes
ā¢ Act as a visible champion for the service line through client engagement, industry forums, events, and marketing campaigns (e.g., thought leadership, social media, webinars)
ā¢ Educate Go-To-Market and delivery teams on solution updates, roadmaps, and new offerings
ā¢ Participate actively in the sales forecasting process
ā¢ Manage and conduct handover meetings to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution delivery within the legal or financial systems domain
ā¢ Proven experience in drafting SOWs, building budgets, and managing sales-to-delivery processes
ā¢ Strong understanding of finance systems and operations. Experience in law firms is a plus
ā¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively
ā¢ Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
ā¢ Experience in marketing collaboration and thought leadership initiatives
ā¢ Familiarity with pricing strategies and process optimization
ā¢ Advanced knowledge of legal industry trends and finance technology solutions
