They are seeking a technical Business Applications Administrator (Salesforce) to enhance their Salesforce platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting Sales and Marketing users.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Salesforce Developers, RevOps, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Sales, Marketing, and IT to implement Salesforce solutionsTranslate business requirements into clear, technically accurate user stories and functional designsContribute to technical solution discussions and design reviewsImplement configurations aligned to established architecture and best practicesSupport testing, validation, and post-release activitiesPerform day-to-day Salesforce administration and configurationBuild and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, record types, and automationManage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controlsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing teamsSupport data hygiene, imports/exports, and governance standardsWork in sandboxes and support deployments and releasesServe as a first-line and technical escalation point for Sales and Marketing usersTroubleshoot Salesforce issues impacting active deals, pipeline reporting, and GTM workflowsProvide timely support and guidance to unblock usersParticipate in office hours and user enablement sessionsCapture recurring issues and escalate or translate them into system improvementsSupport existing integrations with marketing, analytics, and billing systemsAssist in diagnosing integration and data synchronization issuesPartner with developers during integration testing and issue resolutionSkills4+ years of experience in a Salesforce-focused technical roleSalesforce Administrator certification (required)Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (required)Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud)Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments (required)Ability to partner effectively with developers and technical teamsComfort working with Salesforce data models, automation, and reportingExperience supporting Sales and Marketing users in a fast-paced environmentStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsAgentforce CertifiedFamiliarity with SOQL and Salesforce metadataExperience supporting B2B SaaS go-to-market teamsBenefitsFlexible & Remote-First Culture: Work remotely with team meetup opportunities, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone and internet costs.Our Approach to Equity: Receive stock options upon hire and promotion.
