Program Manager, AI (GenAI Rollout & Adoption) – Contract – Remote (US-based) W2
We are hiring a Program Manager to lead the rollout and adoption of Gen AI tools across the organization. This role focuses on execution, enabling business teams to effectively use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini for Workspace, and Claude in their day-to-day work.
You will drive structured adoption programs, deliver targeted training, and ensure AI capabilities are translated into real, measurable business usage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end rollout of enterprise AI tools across business functions
• Drive adoption by aligning AI capabilities to specific team workflows and use cases
• Track engagement, usage, and impact of AI initiatives across the organization
• Design and run structured AI adoption programs for different business groups
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and templates to scale usage
• Partner with leadership to maintain program cadence and execution momentum
• Deliver hands-on training sessions tailored by function (GTM, operations, product, etc.)
• Simplify AI concepts into practical, role-based applications
• Enable teams to integrate GenAI into daily workflows
• Plan and execute internal hackathons, workshops, and AI-focused events
• Support company-wide initiatives such as AI learning weeks and demo showcases
• Drive participation and engagement across teams
• Create clear, concise materials, including playbooks, use case summaries, and prompt templates
• Standardize best practices for using AI tools across the organization
• Ensure consistent communication in partnership with program leadership
Required Qualifications
• 8–9 years of experience in program management, enablement, change management, or business operations
• 2-3 years of experience leading GenAI rollout, adoption, or enablement initiatives
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini (including Workspace), and Claude
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies across non-technical teams
Nice to Have
• Experience in enterprise environments or consulting-led transformations
• Exposure to AI governance or responsible AI practices
• Background working with GTM, operations, or product teams
