They are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between users, product teams, and engineers, ensuring smooth operation of federal programs.ResponsibilitiesServe as the connector between product teams, engineers, and end users — triaging requests, resolving issues, and keeping everyone informedHandle incoming requests for help or information and respond clearly and quicklyCreate and maintain training materials, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users help themselvesBuild and maintain a self-service knowledge base on SharePoint and GitHubEscalate technical issues to the right people and follow through until they're resolvedSupport configuration and setup tasks as neededSkillsExperience working between technical and non-technical teams — you know how to translate both waysStrong written communication skills and an eye for clear, useful documentationExperience creating training materials and self-service resources that people actually useFamiliarity with SharePoint and GitHubApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
